Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lead Live Learn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in the following Meta Quest applications (collectively, the “Onboarding VR Suite”):
- Onboarding for Managers
- Onboarding for Employees
- Onboarding for Executives
The same practices apply to each title and any future updates or content released for them.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect financial, health, or government-issued ID data.
2. How We Use the Information
- Provide Core Features
- Real-time voice chat (Photon Voice)
- Multiplayer networking (Photon PUN 2)
- Conversational AI replies (OpenAI ChatGPT API)
- Communicate With You
- Email you a training or performance report if you choose to provide an address.
- Improve the Apps
- Review anonymous analytics and crash data to diagnose issues and enhance user experience.
3. Sharing & Storage
- No third-party advertising SDKs are integrated.
- Data is transmitted only to:
- OpenAI, LLC (ChatGPT API) for transient text/audio processing
- Exit Games, GmbH (Photon services) for real-time networking
- Neither we nor our vendors sell or rent your data.
- All optional email addresses are stored only long enough (typically seconds) to dispatch the requested report, then deleted.
4. Security
We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and restrict access to production-level keys. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we regularly audit dependencies and apply patches.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- Microphone: Disable in Quest settings to mute voice chat and speech-to-text.
- Email: Omit the field to skip report delivery.
- Data Deletion: Email privacy@leadlivelearn.com with the subject “Delete My Data” from the address you used so we can erase any logs that may still reference it (e.g., within 30-day backup cycles).
- Regional Rights: Where applicable (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
6. Children
The Onboarding VR Suite is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
7. Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” and display the new policy inside each app’s Settings > Privacy section. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
